• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• We ship via USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or other trusted carriers.

• Estimated delivery times:

  • USPS First Class: 2–5 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; carriers may experience delays.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

• Free shipping may be offered for orders over a certain amount (optional, e.g., $50+).

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• Please allow 24 hours for tracking info to update on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently only ship to addresses within [your country; e.g., the U.S.].

• We cannot ship to PO Boxes via carriers other than USPS (like FedEx or UPS).

Lost or Damaged Packages

• NEVR PRESSED is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once the carrier has marked them as delivered.

• If your package is damaged in transit, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we will gladly send a replacement.

• We currently ship to select international locations.

• International shipping costs, customs fees, and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
