NEVR PRESSED Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your nails! However, due to the personal-use and hygiene nature of press-on nails, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders will be replaced or issued store credit if reported within 5 days of delivery. Please include photos and your order ID when contacting us.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your kit is defective, damaged, or missing items, email us within 5 days of receipt at nevrpressednails@gmail.com with photos, and we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue store credit.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • All nail kits, whether opened or unopened, are final sale.

  • Sale items and gift cards are also final sale.

  • Due to hygiene and safety, returns or exchanges are not accepted for any beauty products.


Exchanges

We currently offer replacements or store credit for eligible items. If you would like a different style, simply place a new order after your return is processed.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect orders. Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the funds.
