What is your return policy?

We are confident you'll love your nails, and due to the personal-use nature of press-on nails, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including opened, used, or unopened products. If you happen to receive the wrong order, store credit will be offered to you.

How long does shipping take?

We usually ship same day or next day, depending on when your order is placed.
Standard shipping typically takes 2–3 business days within the U.S., depending on your location.
If you choose Express shipping, you can expect your order to arrive in 1 business day after it ships.

Can I buy more than one set?

Is the nail adhesive stong?

Yes, we have perfected our formula to last with our 2 step adhesive process. Each set can last 1–2 weeks with proper care.

Are the nails reusable?

Yes! NEVR PRESSED nails are completely reusable. After wearing them, if a nail begins to lift naturally, simply add a small amount of nail glue to the tacky area and press down firmly for about 90 seconds. Just like that, they’re back to looking and feeling brand new!
